JoAnn believes you must first create as many opportunities as possible to find your

Steven Ward: Vice President and Master Matchmaker
Throughout his life, Steven Ward has been surrounded by his mother’s business.
Always encouraged by JoAnn to develop his interpersonal skills and other strengths,
Steven had been groomed for this career since he was a child. As a graduate of Drexel
University with degrees in Finance and Economics, he has contributed more than his
childhood background to the business by implementing critical improvements to Master
Matchmakers' infrastructure, as well as applying other strategic initiatives that
are fueling the growth and success of the company and its Client Friends.
Steven has also gained notoriety in the media from his featured appearance in Cosmopolitan
Magazine’s November 2003 Hottest Hunk edition. Prior to that, he appeared
on several episodes of CBS’s soap opera Guiding Light and has performed in
other minor film and TV roles. Steven was also featured as a bachelor contestant
on NBC’s primetime, love based reality TV show For Love or Money 4. He was
additionally featured in editions of Woman’s Own and Complete Woman magazines
for his bachelorhood and matchmaking career. Steve has also appeared on Good Morning
America, Livin’ It Up with Ali and Jack and Fox’s Morning Show as well
as Your Morning on CN8.
Kim DiSilvestro : Executive Director of Client Services
Kim is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor's degree in business with concentrations in marketing and finance.
She has been happily married for eleven years, has two young children and knows how much work and commitment is needed
through all of life's ups and down to sustain a lasting relationship. Kim has known the Wards for many years and consider
them close, personal friends. "I have always admired the natural instinct that JoAnn and Steven have for matching people so successfully and have been a silent spectator for many years. In the past year I have "studied" everyone's profiles, notes and emails and get to communicate many times a day with Steven and Joann to better understand our clients." Kim has operated behind the scenes assisting our matchmaking efforts for years and carries out all of the executive decisions of Steven and Joann. "I feel I'm truly learning from the best and am so happy to be a part of their matchmaking miracles. I can say with all my heart that I love going to work every day; it's such an adrenaline rush to help people find their soul mates."
Kristen : Matchmaker
Kristen resides in Northern Virginia and works with our clients from the Washington DC and surrounding areas. Kristen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a minor in Psychology as well as a Master’s Degree in Education from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. In her former life she was a high school Biology teacher at Oakton High School in Vienna, VA as well as the owner of a small private school for children in Haymarket, VA. She now uses her teaching skills and background to teach the “lesson of love”. Kristen began her matchmaking career at the ripe old age of 16 when she successfully played matchmaker for her own father introducing him to her current Stepmother 20 years ago! That successful relationship was the first of many as Kristen cultivated her gift for reading people and bringing compatible people together with her friends and family members. She continues to find joy by helping people find love through her work with Master Matchmakers!
Cindy : Matchmaker
Cindy and Joann have been friends for over thirty years. After raising four children (three now in college and one soon to graduate high school) Cindy is more focused than ever on her extracurricular passions. She has always been an active volunteer and member of her community and has spent an entire career in customer and client relations. Her days in matchmaking began while operating a very popular restaurant with her husband and casually introducing customers to each other. A handful of these matches have resulted in marriages and her friendships with many of those customers still exist today. While working with Joann and Steven, Cindy is learning to perfect her intuition and understand what it takes to make a match. Professionally she has developed many successful romantic relationships and her presence in our Philadelphia region is more valuable each day.
Matt : Matchmaker
Matt has always had a creative eye and an eye for talent. He is an experienced field producer in film and television covering every imaginable event there is. Considered somewhat of a maverick in production coordination and management Matt has always creatively solved problems and found solutions throughout his career. He is the perfect archetype for our Love Agent position. Based in Manhattan, Matt is licensed by Master Matchmakers to recruit and acquire ideal candidates for our Matchmakers to represent to our elite clients. There are millions of eligible single men and women out there unaware of the invaluable services we provide. It is up to our Love Agents to enlighten them.
