The primary difference between a matchmaking service and dating service is the relationship between the client and the service provider. At Master Matchmakers® we carefully qualify every member and client. We dedicate a member of our staff to each person who hires us and collaborate internally to be sure our whole team is familiar with our clients. We do not accept everyone that contacts us, unlike dating services that enroll as many people as possible and leave it up to their customer to make it work. We work personally and closely with our clients to make sure they meet singles that meet their criteria or at least steer them on the path to finding what they’re looking for. Our methods are tried and true, efficient and effective.

We offer two Pure Coaching™ programs for men and women already in relationships.  One program we call, “Complete Couple Coaching” where we counsel, advise and coach both people in the relationship.  The other program we call, “Half Couple Coaching” where only one person in the relationship actively participates with our staff.  Typically these programs include four one hour coaching sessions that we prefer to conduct face-to-face (in person or via Skype) to have the greatest impact on our couples.  Often times however a phone session will suffice.

Most of our clients are just too busy to spend the little free time they do have trying to meet someone on their own or working on their relationships for extended periods of time in therapy. The people we typically represent have intense careers and other responsibilities like family and community and can't afford to get involved in a high risk relationship or allow dead end ones to continue. We vet out the misfits that contact us so our clients feel safe, secure and comfortable meeting people through Master Matchmakers® or just seeking our advice. Many of our clients are goal oriented and want to be as proactive as they can be to achieve their goal of developing a happy, healthy relationship.

We now offer differentiating levels of service. Master Matchmakers® uses an in-depth approach by getting personally acquainted with our clients and working to enrich their lives by coaching them and/or introducing them to someone special. This process requires a lot of time and attention. We use information technology as a means of communication and organization but not as a substitute for personal service. Our matchmaking and coaching processes are very labor intense and warrant compensation as such. The overall fee for our services will depend on varying factors that are unique to each person we consider representing such as the number of matches or coaching sessions purchased, the specificity of the criteria established, the marketability of the prospective client, etc. Therefore, the level of attention and focus commanded by each client and the established fee are interrelated. Specific price ranges will be discussed during the initial telephone conversation.

You begin by completing our application for consideration. It may take a few days from someone from our staff to contact you but if we don’t it would only be because we would not expect there to be a fit for you in our service based on what was provided. Traditionally we would meet each prospective client in person but now with the use of Skype that is no longer necessary in order to meet face-to-face. If a meeting (online or in person) is scheduled it's important you are prepared to retain our services whether you are looking for matchmaking or Pure Coaching™. When meeting in person we meet in comfortable social settings as we've found it's easier for prospective clients to open up and communicate casually about their loves lives rather than feeling like they are being interviewed in an office setting. The meeting should take less than one-and-a-half hours. After taking enough time to get acquainted you will be presented individuals we would think you’d be compatible in ideal circumstances. If we feel your expectations and outlook are reasonable we would gladly extend you our service.

If matchmaking services are purchased we will commit to produce an agreed upon number of matches. After your matchmaker profile is crafted and your background check is complete your matchmaker and the rest of our team will begin identifying matches that meet as much of your criteria as possible and represent you to the singles we have in mind for you. When we feel we have a match in the making we will represent each person to the other. We provide far more insight and information than any other service by communicating photos, profiles and background details on anyone we’d like our clients to meet. After agreeing to meet we will exchange contact information and you are now expected to take matters into your own hands. Feedback is critical to our success. By relying on your perspective as well as the perspective of those you meet we are able to understand you more and more and have greater likelihood of success. Our matchmaking services are not conducted within a specific time frame. The service can be placed on hold whenever a client sees fit for as long as they like. If a client doesn't wish to use their remaining matches they can assign them to an acquaintance who qualifies for the service.

If Pure Coaching™ is purchased we will follow the outline as agreed on in advance of executing a services agreement.

Our qualification process is very thorough. We get to know your likes, dislikes, successes, and heartbreaks. You'll tell us what you want in a mate and what you don't. Our experience working with others and specifically ones we consider for you provides invaluable insight and intuition. We know successful relationships are based on a foundation of morals, values and common interests. These are the primary areas we focus on for you. We hope you place your full faith in our abilities and allow us to choose matches we feel will develop into great relationships.

We will only accept people that are looking for a quality and committed relationship. Master Matchmakers® is not a dating service. All of our Clients want to find someone special that they can commit to, however they define it. We do not want to subject our Clients to people that are perpetually single because of a lack of character, personality, ambitions, etc.
